Wild Foraging & Feasting by Sea Kayak
1-Day Sea Kayak Day Trips from Lummi Island feature natural and culinary wisdom celebrating wild foods of the PNW. Learn how to ID, use and sustainably harvest beach greens and nutritious sea vegetables. We’ll nibble on nutritious-energizing nori (sushi seaweed), wakame, sea lettuce, sargassum, bull kelp and beach plantain–depending on tide and season.
